The concept
On the initiative of both the artists and the director of the museum Marie-Claude Beaud, “Be the Artists’ Guest” is the guiding concept of this remarkable and diverse space. Open to all contemporary ways of expression, it gives artists and designers carte blanche to put together the form and content of this new art venue which aims to be vibrant with cultural exchange and education.
All the elements making up the museum have been thought through and interpreted by the artists and designers with this in mind: galleries (exhibitions), public rooms (reception, auditorium, café, boutique...), places the public can simply walk through (grand hall, atrium...), artistic and educational programmes (Studio, Medialab), communication (logo, opening campaign...).
