Operations (in a broad sense, covering Credit, Operational Risk, Digital processes) is an area where significant business analysis needs is anticipated in the future. The Business Analyst Operations is accountable for conducting required business analysis tasks leading to the success of assigned projects
Within the context of the assigned projects, the Business Analyst Operations is responsible for the following activities:
- Act as a bridge between business needs and IT solutions
- Define, analyse and document business requirements within projects
- Facilitate workgroups regarding business alignment
- Analyse and propose organisational adaptations when required (controls, processes and procedures)
- Contribute to the testing and change management approach (communication, training, post go-live support)
More concretely in the short term, the Business Analyst Operations will support:
- Utopia PLDW, BSCo (and IG) implementations,
- The review/simplification of KBL Operations activities and processes planned in 2018
In the long term and future regulatory projects, the Business Analyst Operations is a key role for maintaining the expertise on our internal processes and applications in the operations area.
- Min. 2-5 years of experience
- Engineering degree or Master degree in business, economical or technological sciences or relevant professional experience
- Deep understanding of banking / financial products and services / operations / regulations. Solid knowledge of Lombard Odier application suite
- Outstanding analytical and organisational skills within project environment
- High capacity for synthesis
- Autonomy and rigor
- Open to travel across the Group
- Fluent in French and English (documents are written in English)
