Client Support Officer - CDD 6 months (M/F)

Client Support and Monitoring recruits, in the frame of a non permanent job ( 6 months ) , a Client Support Officer for its Institutional clients within IPS entity.


Job responsibilities:

  • Be the main point of contact for institutional clients for any operational issue they might have. Make inquiries within KBL's Operations department in order to provide a complete reply and/or constructive solution. Ensure a close follow-up of Clients requirements and timely resolutions of issues at all times.
  • Be responsible for the achievement of the institutional Clients satisfaction by monitoring operational issues and ensure resolution with the respective team heads.
  • Participate in Client meetings in and outside of the Bank or to conference call.
  • Assist institutional Clients managing the future IT change.
  • Ensure a successful collaborative management within the team where skills and business process knowledge are optimized to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Build expertise in Client Support activities. Improve knowledge in transversal operational areas, banking activities and financial markets. Take profit of new technologies.



  • University degree or equivalent experience, Economic, Finance, Business, Law
  • Very strong customer-oriented attitude
  • Open-minded and willing to bring about change.
  • Ability to develop a relationship network.
  • Able to deal with change and the unexpected.
  • Always act in the respect of the clients interest and needs
  • Team spirited, enthusiastic and flexible , ready to share knowledge with colleague of the team.



  • Experienced of highly skilled profiles, including communication and motivational skills.
  • Analytic skills
  • Proficient use of MS Office and Business Object
  • Very good understanding of the multiple products managed by the Operations, including very good knowledge of custody and asset administration, settlement, corporate actions, tax, execution, account structure and Funds activity.
  • Good understanding of Luxembourg and international banking / financial legislation / régulations



  • English and French are required; the knowledge of any other language would be an advantage.
