Senior Private Banker (M/F)

CONTEXT

As part of its commercial development, the Wealth Management department is looking for several Private Bankers who will develop a portfolio of clients though existing network or in building one.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • To be dedicated to the satisfaction of clients stated and unstated needs and wants, giving them the most personal attention at every level
  • Be able to understand and quickly induce complex clients expectations through comprehensive analytical skills and technical knowledge, and offer them the most suitable portfolio management contract
  • Establish strong and long term client relationships, adopting a proved can do attitude to client service and willing to provide them with innovative and relevant financial solutions
  • Insure strategic development of new business to achieve the commercial individual goals set by the Management
  • Build and manage effective relationship with both internal and external service suppliers: work together to reach the best solution to meet our clients requirements, taking into account each specific aspect of their individual situation
  • Constructively challenge ineffective processes and suggest improvements
  • Be an active team player

Qualifications

  • Master degree in Economics, Finance, Law

  • At least 10 years experience servicing clients

  • Very good understanding of Credit, Tax, Risk, Compliance and Legal issues allowing the proposal of global solutions 

 

 Skills

  • Excellent client servicing experience

  • Effective experience in providing innovative and tailor-made global solutions

  • Ability to easily activate a large network of potential clients

  • Demonstrable experience in new business origination and pipeline development

  • Ability to easily activate and make work together a network of various internal and external suppliers (Asset Management, Financial Markets, Credits, Legal, Fiduciaries, etc.)

  • Recognised negotiations skills

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Professionalism, creativity, determination and drive

  • IT tools : Proficient use of MS Office

 

Languages

  • Fluent in French and English
