Who I am
I was born in France and moved to Luxembourg when I was seven. I later attended a school specialized in IT where I earned my diploma to become a computer technician.
My first job was in after-sales service. I then worked mainly at BGL BNP Paribas Securities Services as an IT consultant for Sogeti.
In 2012, I decided to accept the challenge offered by KBL epb and joined the Hardware Support team.
Personally, I think that contact with users is very important and is a priority in this field.
What I do
With my colleagues, I provide daily support for IT, including the telephone system and printers, both in Luxembourg and across the group.
This work consists of managing new requests, configuring systems correctly and solving problems.
The wide variety of requests and jobs means that you have to be flexible, very resistant to stress and always available. You must be able to work as part of a team as well as independently.
What I think
I think that the speed and diversity of technological changes make IT support and on-site help a business of the future.
I am delighted to be working at KBL epb , which is on a path of change, something that is vital for any company that wants to move forward. In addition, standardizing IT norms across the group is a major transformation and is beneficial in terms of optimization and operational efficiency.
Change is something you have to adapt to. You have to see it as an opportunity for personal and professional growth rather than as a problem.
