• Jan Maarten de Jong

    Chairman

    Jan Maarten de Jong has been Chairman of the KBL epb  Board since May 2015. In addition, he is a member of the board of several European banks, insurance companies and international industrial groups (in particular, Heineken N.V.). He has been a member of the KBL epb  Board for many years. He was previously a member of the ABN Amro Executive Committee. A graduate of the University of Amsterdam, holding a degree in Economics, de Jong earned his MBA at INSEAD and completed the International Senior Managers Programme at Harvard Business School.

  • George Nasra

    Vice-Chairman

    George Nasra, who serves as Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors, is CEO of Precision Capital, a Luxembourg-based bank holding company. He previously served as Managing Director of International Bank of Qatar (2008-12), the capstone of his long banking career in the Middle East, where he served primarily at National Bank of Kuwait (1979-2008).

  • Alfred Bouckaert

    Alfred Bouckaert joined the KBL epb Board in 2013 after serving as President of the Board at Belfius Bank and Insurance since 2011. He spent the 11 preceding years at AXA where he was successively CEO of Axa Belgium, Norcee and a  member of the main Management Board. He has also served as a General Manager at  Crédit Lyonnais Europe and, before the acquisition, at Chase Manhattan Bank.

  • Nicholas Harvey

    Nicholas Harvey serves as Deputy CEO of Precision Capital. Most recently Chief Risk Officer and Member of the Management Board at Amlin Europe, Harvey earlier advised banks and insurers across Europe for 10 years as a consultant with McKinsey. English by birth but raised in Belgium, Harvey graduated from Louvain University in Belgium and holds an MBA from Kellogg in the United States.

  • Anne Ruth Herkes

    Anne Ruth Herkes previously served as State Secretary at the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy, where she led Germany’s global trade interests, and EU and WTO trade negotiations. She has nearly 30 years of professional experience in politics, diplomacy, and economic affairs in Europe, the US, Japan and Qatar. She earlier served as Ambassador to Qatar and, before that, was a member of the Executive Management of BP Biofuels in London in her role as Vice President, Policy and Communications. She previously served on the board of KfW IPEX-Bank.

  • Maurice Lam

    Maurice Lam joined the Board of Directors of KBL epb  in July 2015. A former Managing Partner and CEO of Deloitte in Luxembourg, Lam graduated with a degree in economics from a UK university and subsequently qualified as a UK chartered accountant and a Luxembourg réviseur d’entreprises. As a board member, he serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee of the bank. Currently, he is also a member of the Board of a major Chinese bank.

  • Alan Morgan

    Alan Morgan is a Chairman of MMC Ventures, a member of the AXA IM Board and a director of other financial service businesses. He was a senior partner at McKinsey & Company in London and head of its financial services practices in Europe and the Middle East for many years.

  • Yves Stein

    Yves Stein serves as Group CEO of KBL epb .  He joined the bank in 2013. Previously, he held the position of CEO of Union Bancaire Privée, Europe, in Luxembourg. Stein earlier served as CEO, Wealth Management, at BNP Paribas, Switzerland. Before this, he held a range of senior positions at MeesPierson, the private bank of Fortis Group, where he rose to the post of Group CEO, Fortis Private Banking. He began his professional career at Banque Générale du Luxembourg, where he served for over a decade. Stein holds a degree in business and financial sciences from the ICHEC Brussels Management School in Belgium.

  • Anne Reuland

    Anne Reuland joined the KBL epb  Board in 2012. She is Senior Legal Counsel in the Legal, Corporate & Finance Department of Société Européenne des Satellites SA. She was earlier an attorney and senior associate at Arendt & Medernach. She previously served as an external consultant to Natixis Bank and the European Investment Bank.

  • Albert Wildgen

    Albert Wildgen has been a lawyer in Luxembourg since 1977. He is a member of various local and international boards and Chairman of Estate Administration for HRH the Grand Duke of Luxembourg. Before taking up his duties as a member of the KBL epb  Board in 2012, he was the Chairman of Cargolux.
