Administrative Officer - CDD 12 mois (M/F)

KBL European Private Banker, Luxembourg

CONTEXT :

The Middle Office Client team recruits an administrative officer CDD 12 months.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

- General office clerical work which will include basic word processing, data entry, filing and related work

- Organizing all the paperwork according to an efficient filing system

- Sorting, classifying, indexing, cross referencing, scanning and filing both paper and electronic documents

- Manage and handle confidential and highly sensitive data

- Follow policies and procedures for banking secrecy and personal data protection

- Assist and support administrative staff

QUALIFICATIONS :

- BAC or similar diploma
- At least 2 year of relevant experience in administrative activities
- Sound knowledge of banking secrecy and privacy (GDPR) protection regulations
- Proficient use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Access)

SKILLS:

- Knowledge of filing systems
- Good organization, scheduling and time management skills.
- Great attention to detail
- Team player
- Understanding the Business

LANGUAGES:

- Fluent in French and English. Regular use of other main client languages (German, Dutch). Any other language is an asset
